• Spam, harass, or abuse other users or our support team
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our services without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

Service Availability:

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues

API Access:

• Excessive or abusive API usage may result in throttling or suspension

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness

• Leadome shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim
• We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits
• Force majeure events are excluded from liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leadome, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our services
• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Content you upload or process through our platform
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence

Your Right to Terminate:

• You may cancel your account at any time through account settings
• Cancellation does not entitle you to refunds for unused services
• You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation

Our Right to Terminate:

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms
• We may terminate accounts that are inactive for extended periods
• Termination may be immediate in cases of serious violations
• We will provide notice when reasonably possible

Effect of Termination:

• Access to services will be immediately revoked
